The Tropical Vista One Bedroom Suite is eligible for the onsite rental program, which is operated by Marriott. Owners can use their vacation home for up to six weeks per year. When not in residence, Marriott will rent out the home, generating revenue for the owner that offsets their ownership costs. As a member of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, Alaia, Belize will benefit from Marriott’s worldwide reservation system. For the first two years, owners will be required to participate in the rental program. After that two-year period, they may leave their condo hotel unit in the rental program and continue to receive revenue, or they can choose to keep it only for themselves.
