Born and raised in Belize, Dawn Young embarked on a successful decades-long professional career based in New York City. Some of her stellar achievements include forming a non-profit organization focusing on youths and their families. Her programs are now running in several schools in the US. Ms. Young also runs two Franchises that inspire youths to embark on careers in medicine. While forming these entities, Ms. Young maintained close ties to her Belizean roots.
 
Shortly after becoming a licensed real estate agent in the United States, Dawn was recruited by the prestigious Corcoran Group - one of New York’s top firms. She steered numerous multimillion-dollar deals with Corcoran over several decades. Dawn’s success at the Corcoran Group led her to a rewarding position at the Corcoran Group’s sister company – Coldwell Banker - where she became an International Investment specialist, focusing primarily on overseas investors. Dawn leads the real estate growth team throughout Westchester NY.
 
Dawn handles million-dollar portfolios for clients all over the world while purchasing real estate for them site unseen. Dawn’s contractor’s license proved invaluable to her investor clients as she can make purchases, perform full construction on these properties where needed, and then tenant them. Dawn also runs a full property management company that provides concierge services for her clients.
 
Despite her stateside success, Dawn nurtured a lifelong passion for Belize’s real estate landscape. She returned home multiple times yearly for over twenty years, steadily building local relationships and market knowledge. Dawn is presently in charge of revamping one of the largest and most sought-after subdivisions in Belize, near the Belize International Airport. She is also in the process of developing two brand-new all-inclusive subdivisions in Belize. Dawn will be applying her life skills to making these areas “The Place” to come home to.
 
Now, Dawn combines her internationally-honed expertise with lifelong local insights.
