The Villas at Cocoplum is one of 3 key components of the Naia Resort and Residences community formerly known as Cocoplum. “Naia” is a masterplan development consisting of 110 home sites, a boutique 5-star resort (Naia Resort & Spa) and the Villas at Cocoplum condominiums.
